Refund Policy

Sprocket sells credit packs that are consumed one calculation at a time. This policy explains when a refund is available.
Unused credits
If you purchased a credit pack and haven't used any credits from it, you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
Partially used credits
If you've used some credits from a pack, we can refund the unused portion (pack price minus the value of credits already consumed), also within 7 days of the original purchase.
Failed or duplicate payments
If a payment was deducted but credits weren't added to your balance due to a technical error, or if you were charged twice for the same purchase, that's on us — contact us and we'll refund it in full, no time limit.
Refund requests are matched to your purchase via your account email or the Razorpay payment ID/order ID shown in your payment confirmation. Keep that reference handy when you contact us.
How to request a refund
Email admin.sprocket@gmail.com with your account email or payment reference (order ID) and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method via Razorpay, and typically take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank.
What isn't refundable
- Credits already consumed for a completed calculation — the result was delivered as requested.
- Requests made more than 7 days after purchase, outside of the failed/duplicate-payment case above.
